We had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, close to the airport and everything we needed. the room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderfully made bed that was perfect after a long day. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed and even arranging a cab service for us. the breakfast was delicious and gave us a great start to our day.

The pool closing time was a bit early, and it would have been nice to relax in the water after a long day of exploring.

The staff was really kind and helpful when helping us with our bags. We also liked that there was a shuttle to take us into town and a nice view of the city from our room.

Our room was dirty when we checked in and definitely in need of some updates. the stained carpet and old furniture made it hard to feel comfortable.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. The beds were so comfortable and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient for us, with lots of restaurants and shops around. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the toiletries provided were of good quality.

The air conditioning unit was quite old and it did not seem to be effective. We had to put up with high humidity and warm temperatures, even though it was supposed to be controlled by the AC. Plus, the shower had poor water pressure and it was a bit difficult to get just the right temperature.
